Cancellations

The cancellation window is within 6 hours of placing your order.

To initiate a cancellation, please email me at joelymariaillustrations@gmail.com. Please be aware that order cancellation is not possible once your order has been processed.

Return Window

You can return your purchased items within 14 days of receiving the order. Due to the nature of this product, refunds are only eligible for damaged or incorrect items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition

• Be in the original packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email me at joelymariaillustrations@gmail.com. I will provide you with instructions on how to make your return.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, I will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
